  • Mainly support store daily operation and provide customer service
  • 保持貨場整潔及負責倉庫整理
  • Ensure shop floor and stock are well organized in company standard
  • 處理客人查詢及疑問
  • Provide excellent customer service on shop floor, act as a advisor to handle customer’s inquiry

Administrative Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)

Job description

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Director
  • Handle daily administrative works including data entry, photocopy, prepare petty cash record, and document filing, etc
  • Manage reports, agreements, correspondence and confidential documents as required
  • Organize and implementing various projects as well as monitoring the progress
  • Liaise with external parties and service providers to complete all assigned tasks
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements to Apply

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Must be organized and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Responsible, good attitude and willing to learn
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $1,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month
