From the natural kind of way, you can try to slice some potato then put in on a plate inside the fridge. After they have become cold, you can take it out and put it on your eyes while you lay down on your bed. Try to do this for two times a day at night before you going to bed then you may also do it right in the morning to give your puffy eyes more treatment before you going out to do your work.

Exercise

Make your body healthy by doing some exercise which will help you to reduce several inflammations in your body including those in your eyes. Having some massage will also help to reduce your fatigue, thus making the puffy eyes smaller. If you must, then there are also several drugs over the counter that can help to reduce the inflammation try to ask your pharmacist to choose the right one for your condition.

Eye Cream

Some of you may already give treatment to your eyes by using eye cream, now to make the treatment even better, you can try to store your eye cream in your refrigerator. That way when you use it, it will be in cold condition which then able to help reduce your puffy eyes. So in the morning when you wake up you do not have any puffy eyes anymore.

Taking it a step further, there is also a soothing gel that specially made to cope with your puffy eyes problem. You do not need to put it in the refrigerator if you do not want to since this product already has the soothing properties which able to help your puffy eyes condition. But of course, if you like the cold temperature that applied to your eyes, then putting it inside the refrigerator would be better.

Natural Remedies

If you want to use some alternative way instead of using the counter drug, then you can try to make some drug by yourself. You only need to use blackstrap molasses for around one tablespoon then mix them with cayenne pepper for around a quarter tablespoon. Then you can try to add vinegar made from apple cider to the mixture then take it once a day to reduce the inflammation on your face especially in the area of your eyes.

Aloe Vera

If you happen to have some aloe vera plant, then you can try to use it to cure your eyes. Just cut a small piece from the spear then put it in the refrigerator to cold down the temperature. After it being cold, use a knife to peel the skin off, so you get the soft gel inside the spear. Put in on your eyes and lay down for around 15 minutes. Then you can wash it with cold water to see the remedy takes effect.
